Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >18 years old, years of education > 6 years; (2) The diagnostic criteria for CRC are met through imaging, laboratory tests and histopathology. (3) Patients who meet the surgical indications for radical CRC surgery, have an operation time of 3 to 6 hours, and do not have concurrent small cell lung cancer; (4) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I to II (5) Preoperative MMSE score >24 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) individuals with severe mental disorders or language impairments; (2) those who have been on long-term treatment with diazepam or opioids; (3) individuals with severe visual or auditory impairments; (4) those previously diagnosed with other cancers; (5) individuals with other serious organic diseases.
