Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-70 years; 2) Locally advanced NPC (staged as III-IVa according to the 8th edition of the American Joint Committee on Cancer/International Union Against Cancer); 3) Completion of 2 to 3 cycles of induction chemotherapy, with planned radical Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy (CCRT); 4) Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score = 70; 5) Normal laboratory reference ranges for blood routine, liver function, and kidney function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Previous history of head and neck radiotherapy; 2) Presence of existing skin diseases in the head and neck radiotherapy area; 3) Concurrent targeted therapy or immunotherapy.
