Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for functional constipation in "Rome IV: Functional Gastrointestinal Diseases, Volume 2": 1. Functional constipation diagnosis must include at least two of the following: 1/4 (25%) or more difficulty in defecation; 1/4 (25%) or more passing dry or hard stools (Bristol Stool Characteristic Scale Type 1-2); 1/4 (25%) or more experiencing incomplete evacuation; 1/4 (25%) or more requiring manual assistance (e.g., finger-assisted defecation, pelvic floor support); and fewer than 3 spontaneous bowel movements per week (SBM). 2. Rarely loose stool without laxatives; 3. Does not meet the diagnostic criteria for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS); 4. Those who have been suffering from constipation for more than 6 months and meet the above criteria in the last 3 months; (2) Age is at least 60; (3) Can communicate and exchange with people normally; (4) No abuse of any medication for constipation in the past 4 weeks; (5) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Constipation caused by organic lesions; (2) Constipation caused by drugs; (3) Significant hearing impairment; (4) Suffering from serious heart, brain, liver, kidney, gastrointestinal and endocrine system diseases; (5) suffering from serious mental disorder; (6) There are ulceration, abscess and skin infection in the area of fire dragon tank; (7) Have received fire dragon tank treatment within the last year.
