30 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 )Meet TCM and Western diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke, confirmed by CT/MRI with unilateral hemispheric lesion; 2) Within 3 months post-onset with stable condition; 3) Unilateral upper limb motor dysfunction (Brunnstrom stage =2, muscle strength =4); 4) Age 30-85, any gender/education; 5) Clear consciousness, stable vital signs, MMSE within normal range; 6) Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Previous vascular/non-vascular upper limb dysfunction; 2) Post-thrombolysis hemorrhagic transformation; 3) Severe language/cognitive/hearing impairment; 4) Acute MI, severe hepatic/renal dysfunction, severe infection, malignancy or coagulation disorders; 5) History of head trauma/CNS diseases; 6) Local skin lesions/metal implants; 7) New cerebral infarction/hemorrhage; 8) Severe depression/anxiety/psychiatric disorders.
