Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subject has had lumbosacral pain for more than 3 months and has not received systematic exercise therapy within the past month. 2)The Visual Analogue Score (VAS) for low back pain exceeds 3 points. The subjects were aged between 18 and 55 years old and cooperated with the treatment. 4)BMI=30kg/m². The score of the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) is higher than 12%. 6) No lower limb sports injury within two months. 7) Voluntarily participate in this research and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No history of surgery on the pelvis or spine, and low back pain caused by intervertebral disc protrusion. 2) Spinal disorders such as lumbar (infection, tumor, fracture, spinal stenosis), ankylosing spondylitis, scoliosis. 3) Systemic degenerative diseases (severe osteoporosis, severe arthritis), etc. 4) People with severe heart, liver, kidney or lung dysfunction, those with tumors, pregnant women and those with postoperative functional disorders. 5) Patients with a history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. 6) Communication barriers
