Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria: those who meet the diagnostic criteria for venous ulcers of the lower extremities; Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation belongs to the damp-heat injection syndrome; Age 18~75 years old, regardless of gender; Those with CEAP clinical manifestation grade C6; 5cm2= wound area = 25cm2 (if there are multiple wounds, a relatively large wound area is taken); Those who sign the informed consent form; Patients with good compliance and ability to cooperate with treatment and observation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude other arterial, vasculitic, radiation ulcers, etc.; Those with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney insufficiency and other diseases; Those with other infectious diseases, malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, hematological diseases, connective tissue diseases, severe mental illnesses, severe hypoproteinemia, electrolyte disorders; Pregnant and lactating women; There are patients with severe lower limb lymphedema.
