Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for scoliosis established by the Scoliosis Research Society (SRS): a full standing spinal X-ray demonstrates the presence of scoliosis without structural deformity, with a Cobb angle of 5° to 15°; (2) Aged 6 to 18 years, regardless of gender; (3) Stable vital signs; (4) High compliance, complete clinical documentation, and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Candidates for surgery or those who have undergone surgical treatment; (2) Patients with structural spinal deformities; (3) Individuals with significant cognitive impairment rendering them unable to undergo exercise intervention; (4) Patients wearing orthotic devices.
