Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for hyperuricemia (1) Diagnostic criteria of Western medicine: According to the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Gout and Hyperuricemia with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine", under normal purine diet, the fasting blood uric acid level should be greater than 420 µ mol/L (7mg/dL) in males and menopausal females, and greater than 360 µ mol/L (6mg/dL) in non menopausal females on two occasions, not on the same day. (2) Diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine: Based on clinical observation and the research of this topic, patients with spleen kidney deficiency and dampness turbidity syndrome were collected. Referring to the "Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Gout and Hyperuricemia Syndrome Combination" released by the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2021, the HUA criteria are formulated as follows: Main symptoms: limb fatigue, obesity, fatigue, soreness and weakness in the waist and knees; Secondary symptoms: preference for fatty and sweet food, sticky mouth, dizziness, tinnitus, frequent urination, loose or sticky stool; Tongue veins: The tongue body is plump or has tooth marks, the tongue texture is light or dull, the coating is white or white greasy, and the veins are deep, thin or smooth; Having two main symptoms; Or one main symptom and two secondary symptoms, combined with tongue pulse, can be diagnosed. 2. Age range of 18-70, gender not limited; 3. Voluntarily sign an informed consent form and participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Acute attack period of gout (2) Patients with uric acid nephropathy (3) Patients with secondary hyperuricemia diseases, such as kidney disease, hematological disorders, tumors, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy (4) Those who have taken uric acid lowering drugs in the past month, or are currently taking certain drugs that can affect blood uric acid metabolism in the body (such as thiazide diuretics, diapers, salicylic acid preparations, etc.) (5) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hematological disorders, and malignant tumors (6) Pregnancy or lactation period (7) Individuals with mental illness
