20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 20-35 years old, ASA grade II; (2) Weight = 90kg, height = 150cm, estimated fetal weight by B-ultrasound is between 2.5-4.0kg; (3) Normal intelligence, no mental disorders or cognitive impairments; (4) Voluntary acceptance of the relevant procedures in this study and agreement to sign the informed consent form; (5) No electroacupuncture or analgesic drug treatment before delivery; (6) No contraindications for spinal anesthesia; (7) No bad habits such as smoking, drinking or drug dependence.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The parturient has pregnancy complications such as pregnancy-induced hypertension, placental abruption, HELLP syndrome, intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy, and ketoacidosis. (2) The parturient has internal or surgical complications such as severe diseases of the brain, heart, liver, kidneys, endocrine system, and hematopoietic system. (3) The parturient has obstructive factors for delivery such as ovarian tumors, large uterine fibroids, benign or malignant rectal tumors, benign or malignant pelvic wall tumors, etc. (4) Routine vaginal examination reveals abnormalities in the birth canal and vulva of the parturient. (5) There is a disproportion between the head and pelvis or abnormal birth canal, obvious cephalopelvic disproportion, and fetal distress in utero, etc. (6) There are skin lesions such as ulcers, infections, and eczema at the site of spinal anesthesia puncture and transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation, making it unsuitable for spinal anesthesia and transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation.
