Formula Group:A granule formulation containing traditional Chinese medicine food-herb ingredients for nourishing kidney components (Astragalus membranaceus 18g, Ginseng 3g, Alcoholic Cistanche 6g, Alc
Control Group:Non-therapeutic maltodextrin placebo, 1 packet per dose, twice daily (morning and evening).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) No gender restrictions, meeting the diagnostic criteria for kidney qi deficiency (excluding other types of kidney deficiency); (2) Age between 18 and 70 years old; (3) Voluntarily participating in this research project, signing the informed consent form, and agreeing to comply with the treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe cardiovascular, digestive, immune, or endocrine system diseases; (2) Patients with acute or infectious diseases; (3) Individuals with mental disorders who are unable to cooperate with the study; (4) Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or intending to become pregnant; (5) Patients participating in other clinical trials or currently taking health products with similar effects or that may affect kidney function; (6) Individuals with chronic alcohol abuse or illicit substance use; (7) Individuals with dysphagia or difficulty in drinking; (8) Individuals whose lifestyle, work, or transportation factors may hinder follow-up; (9) Individuals with allergies to the test product (any of its components).
