Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Adults aged between 35-70 regardless of gender; (2) Inclusion of obese patients requires meeting the diagnostic criteria for obesity and the TCM syndrome differentiation criteria for spleen deficiency and dampness excess syndrome and being diagnosed with simple obesity through clinical examination; (3) No history of weight loss treatment within the past month (excluding diet and exercise); (4) Has good compliance and can effectively cooperate in adjusting diet exercise treatment plans and clinical examinations; (5) Complete case information and physical and chemical examination data; (6) All participants were informed of this study and signed a consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Secondary obesity caused by endocrine disorders and other diseases; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Patients with combined primary diseases of the heart cerebrovascular liver kidney and hematopoietic systems; (4) Individuals with severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia depression anxiety etc; (5) Merge diseases that affect metabolic indicators such as Cushing's syndrome prolactinoma systemic lupus erythematosus etc; (6) Individuals who have regularly taken lipid-lowering uric acid lowering and hormonal medications within the past month; (8) The important information in the case treatment record is missing and cannot be completed. Any of the above criteria are excluded.
