Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All outpatients and inpatients who took formula granules in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine the Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangdong Province and Foshan Hospital of Chinese Medicine from January 1 2024 to December 31 2025 were included in the prospective study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The medical record information is incomplete with key information such as disease diagnosis and medication status missing; cases with incomplete data those who withdraw with informed consent and those who drop out during the follow-up.
