Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis should be diagnosed according to the 2020 edition of the Tuberculosis Diagnosis Guidelines. After consultation with physicians from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Department at Guangxi Chest Hospital those suitable for treatment with Yuehua Pills are considered.2.Patients who have not yet started multidrug-resistant tuberculosis treatment or whose treatment has been ineffective and who have relapsed with MDR-TB. 3.Patients aged 18 years or older who take medication as required during follow-up show good compliance and can complete treatment monitoring and report adverse reactions in a timely manner.4. Patients without severe underlying diseases poorly controlled hypertension diabetes heart disease HIV infection or related tumors. 5.Patients who have signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pulmonary extrapulmonary tuberculosis (in this study pulmonary tuberculosis is defined as including simple pulmonary tuberculosis pulmonary tuberculosis + tuberculous pleurisy/bronchial tuberculosis/suphagus lymph node tuberculosis. Pulmonary extrapulmonary tuberculosis refers to tuberculosis outside the aforementioned chest areas) 2. Patients who cannot tolerate standardized chemotherapy regimens for various reasons. 3.Pregnant or breastfeeding women; women of childbearing age who do not wish to use effective contraception;4.Mental disorders (epilepsy severe depression irritability or other mental illnesses);5. HIV-positive or AIDS patients or immunodeficiency diseases;6. Severe patients and according to the judgment of the research physician unlikely to survive more than 6 months; or Karnofsky score <50%; 7.Patients who after TCM syndrome differentiation are unsuitable for treatment with Yuehua Pills;8. Participants deemed by the research team to have conditions unsuitable for participation in this study.
