Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)lung cancer patients with PICC: 1)Patients diagnosed with lung cancer whether by cytological or histological materials and who have PICC catheterization. Lung cancer was diagnosed according to "Standards for the diagnosis and treatment of primary lung cancer (2015 version) in China"; 2)Individuals aged 18 and above 3)Sign a written informed consent and have not participated in other clinical trials in the past three months (2)AECOPD patients: 1)Diagnosed with COPD in the past, admitted to the hospital due to acute exacerbation of COPD, The criteria for acute exacerbation of COPD are defined according to the 2023 GOLD guidelines; 2)age 40-75; 3)Sign a written informed consent and have not participated in other clinical trials in the past month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)lung cancer patients with PICC: 1)Patients diagnosed VTE (including pulmonary embolism and deep vein thrombosis) upon admission; 2)Patients with a history of surgery or trauma in the past month; 3)Patients who have been treated with anticoagulant drugs or traditional Chinese medicine in the past month; 4)Participants who were considered unsuitable for the study by researchers. (2)AECOPD patients: 1)Patients diagnosed VTE (including pulmonary embolism and deep vein thrombosis) upon admission; 2)Patients with a history of surgery or trauma in the past month; 3)Patients who have been treated with anticoagulant drugs or traditional Chinese medicine in the past month; 4)Participants who were considered unsuitable for the study by researchers.
