Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Compliant with the diagnostic criteria and standards for radiculopathic cervical spondylosis and cervicogenic cervical spondylosis as per the "Expert Consensus on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis": 2)Ages between 60 and 75, inclusive, with no restriction on gender; 3)Recurrent episodes of neck pain and stiffness discomfort, with a duration of at least 3 months; 4)Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score of =3 points; 5)Willingness to cooperate with follow-up visits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cervical spine surgery; 2. Acupuncture or medication for neck pain within the past 4 weeks; 3. Severe systemic diseases, such as hepatic or renal dysfunction, bleeding disorders, malignant tumors, or mental disorders; 4. Skin integrity impairment or skin lesions in the treatment area.
