Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Atrial fibrillation 1) Age = 18 years no gender restrictions 2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for atrial fibrillation 3) Signs an informed consent form 2) Cerebral infarction 1) Age = 18 years no gender restrictions 2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction 3) Within 21 days of onset; if symptomatic intracranial artery stenosis (stenosis rate 70%–99%) or underwent endovascular stent placement extended to within 90 days of onset 4) Sign an informed consent form 3) Acute coronary syndrome 1) Age =18 years no gender restrictions 2) Diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome within the past 12 months 3) Sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Those who are unable to complete this study due to mental illness cognitive or emotional disorders 2)Those with an expected survival period of less than 1 year 3)Those who have participated in other clinical studies
