Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Meet the pDoC diagnostic criteria 2)Age > 18 years no gender restrictions and no upper age limit 3)No use of neurostimulant drugs within 48 hours prior to enrollment 4)No application of neuromuscular blocking agents within 24 hours prior to enrollment 5)No facial or ear pain no recent ear trauma no metal implants including cardiac pacemaker not pregnant 6)The patient's guardian (parents children) or authorized agent voluntarily signs the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)History of personal or family epilepsy seizures history of cardiovascular diseases history of progressive neurological or mental disorders 2)Untreated brain edema 3)Presence of metal implants in the body 4)Unstable vital signs 5)Contraindications for EEG and near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) detection: such as skin lesions or infections in the head area during data collection
