Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient met the diagnostic criteria of heart failure, diuretic resistance, deficiency of both qi and Yin, and stagnation of blood stasis. Be over 18 years of age. They voluntarily participated in the study, signed the informed consent form, and had good compliance. They could cooperate with follow-up by telephone and other forms. No other medications that might interfere with the trial had been taken in the previous month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who cannot cooperate with oral decoction; Patients with end-stage tumor, liver and kidney failure; Patients who participated in other oral TCM decoction projects in the past one month; Patients with allergic constitution and allergy to the test drugs; Patients with psychiatric disorders.
