Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy or sub-healthy individuals with constitutions of balanced constitution qi deficiency constitution Yang deficiency constitution Yin deficiency constitution phlegm-dampness constitution damp-heat constitution blood stasis constitution qi stagnation constitution and special endowment constitution; (2) Current students aged 18 to 26; (3) Conscious without cognitive impairment or mental illness; (4) Be willing to sign the informed consent form to cooperate with the researchers of this project.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with contraindications to gua sha such as skin damage on the back coagulation disorders liver and kidney dysfunction severe heart disease etc. (2) Those with benign or malignant tumors; (3) Women who are pregnant lactating or in their menstrual period; (4) Those who have been receiving other treatments or participating in other clinical drug trials in the past three months; (5) Those with newly developed diseases that affect their traditional Chinese medicine constitution
