Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with early to mid-stage KOA who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine; 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for knee arthralgia syndrome (liver and kidney deficiency type) in traditional Chinese medicine; 3. Patients with radiographic grading within I-III; 4. Patients aged =65 years old; 5. Patients who have signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, post-joint replacement surgery, cognitive impairment (MMSE < 24); 2 Acupuncture or joint cavity injection therapy received within the past 3 months; 3 Skin laceration or sensory impairment.
