18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Continuous use of glucocorticoid therapy for =7 days within 60 days prior to enrollment; or intravenous bolus administration of =80 mg·d-1 prednisolone (or an equivalent glucocorticoid) for 3 consecutive days or more within 60 days prior to enrollment; or cumulative glucocorticoid use of =2000 mg prednisolone (or an equivalent dose of another glucocorticoid). 2) Age = 18 years, no gender restrictions; 3) Patients must sign an informed consent form to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) History of hip fracture; 2) Diagnosed with avascular necrosis of the femoral head and/or undergone hip surgery such as total hip arthroplasty prior to enrollment; 3) Unable to communicate normally or cooperate with follow-up visits and examinations for various reasons;
