Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Except for patients who are not suitable for sand therapy, all those who come for sand therapy are taken as experimental subjects. Through situations such as being unsuitable for sand therapy and experiencing adverse reactions during the sand therapy period, the indications and contraindications of sand therapy can be more clearly determined based on the actual situation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Clinically significant valve diseases/congenital heart diseases, pulmonary hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, stroke, dissecting aneurysm. 2. Myocardial infarction/unstable angina pectoris within 2 months. A history of coronary artery bypass grafting or percutaneous intervention within 3.6 months. 4.2 degree /3 degree atrioventricular block, uncontrollable arrhythmia or fatal ventricular arrhythmia unrelated to myocardial infarction. 5. Severe and uncontrolled hypertension (=160/100 MMHG). 6. Patients who are physically weak, dehydrated, have diarrhea, are hungry, or are allergic to sunlight. 7. Pregnant and lactating women. 8. Anemia: HB < 120g/L in men and < 110g/L in women.
