Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the clinical diagnosis standards of MG in Chinese and Western medicine; (2) MG patients diagnosed with types I and II according to MGFA clinical classification and are spleen and kidney deficiency according to the diagnosis standards of MGFA; (3) Drugs that have not taken immunosuppressants and hormones in the first three months of taking Chinese medicine; (4) Those with athymic abnormalities; (5) Patients and their families informed the study and signed an informed consent form.)(6)Age =16 years old and <80 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with MG who are not spleen and kidney deficiency according to traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis standards; (2) Patients with other autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis vitiligo systemic lupus erythematosus etc.; (3) Those who use probiotic therapy in the past three months; (4) Those who are severe internal medicine diseases such as heart liver and kidney; (5) Patients with pregnant or breastfeeding allergic constitution critical condition or advanced disease; (6) Those who fail to sign informed consent form or fail to cooperate due to mental illness; (7) Those who fail to follow up.(8)Age <16 years old or =80 years old.
