Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 to 75, BMI<28kg/m ²; (2) ASA classification grades I - III; (3) Elective interventional surgery for intracranial aneurysms via the radial artery approach is performed; (4) Preoperative upper limb ultrasound shows that at least one of the bilateral radial arteries can be used to establish a surgical access. (5) Radial artery patency assessment: Barbeau test type A-C; (6) Surgeries with a duration of less than 2 to 4 hours; (7) Be willing to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are prone to fainting from needles; (2) Infection of the neck on the surgical side; (3) Those with coagulation disorders; (4) Preoperative upper limb ultrasound or DSA shows radial artery occlusion and arteriovenous fistula; (5) Patients with a history of hand trauma that may affect the establishment of radial artery access and use the radial artery as a bypass or dialysis vessel; (6) Patients with a history of takayasu arteritis or severe vascular diseases; (7) Patients who have a history of interventional surgery via the radial artery; (8) Those with severe dysfunction of organs such as the heart, lungs, liver and kidneys; (9) Radial artery patency assessment: Barbeau trial type D (10) patients refused to sign up for the study or cooperate with the follow-up.
