Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Complies with KOA Western Medicine diagnosis 2) KL staging levels I-III; 3) NRS score = 4 points; 4) 40 years old = age = 75 years old; 5) Written informed consent; 6) Agree to avoid the routine use of analgesics.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Assess whether the knee joint has undergone previous knee joint surgery or any knee joint is currently undergoing any surgery; 2) Knee joint pain caused by other pathological reasons (such as meniscus tears, rheumatoid arthritis, joint cavity infections, malignant tumors, gout, lumbar and sacral diseases with lower limb symptoms, etc.); 3) Evaluate whether there is a history of arthroscopic examination of the knee joint within 1 year or intra-articular injection within 6 months; 4) Any knee joint has received acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the past 6 months; 5) Severe acute or chronic organic or neuropsychiatric disorders; 6) Coagulation disorders (such as hemophilia); 7) Pacemakers or epilepsy; 8) Preparation for pregnancy, pregnancy or lactation period; 9) I have participated in other clinical studies within the past month.
