Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome was confirmed by clinical, imaging and electromyography; (2) Patients who received ultrasound-guided Acupotomy combined with low-intensity He Ne laser irradiation or ultrasound-guided Acupotomy combined with corticosteroid injection or ultrasound-guided Acupotomy alone in the sub center; (3) Age>18 years old; (4) No corticosteroid injection was given 1 month before treatment; (5) All patients were treated with Acupotomy or corticosteroid injection for the first time; (6) Have complete clinical case data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Other treatments were received during the follow-up period; (2) Severe infection occurred after treatment; (3) Peripheral nervous system complications caused by other diseases.
