Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-70 years; Diagnosed with idiopathic membranous nephropathy (MN) at low or moderate risk based on Western medical criteria; Meeting traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) pattern differentiation criteria for blood stasis and dampness syndrome; Compliance with clinical ethics standards, voluntary participation, and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and lactation; Allergic constitution or hypersensitivity to the investigational drug; Combined cardiac, cerebral, or hepatic dysfunction; Comorbid malignancies or infectious diseases; Psychiatric disorders, poor compliance, or inability to adhere to treatment; Intolerance to ACEI/ARB therapy (e.g., bilateral renal artery stenosis, hyperkalemia, solitary kidney); High or very high-risk membranous nephropathy (MN) patients; Secondary MN cases (e.g., diabetic nephropathy, Henoch-Schönlein purpura nephritis, lupus nephritis, renal amyloidosis, hepatitis B, malignancy, drug-induced, or infection-related MN).
