Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; (2) Patients diagnosed with malignant tumors through imaging and/or histopathological or cytological examination; (3) According to the national planning textbook "Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Surgery" in higher medical colleges, classified as patients with deficiency of spleen and stomach or deficiency of qi and blood; (4) Chemotherapy regimen is moderately to highly emetogenic or Dranitsaris score = 16 points; (5) Age 18 years or above to 75 years or below, gender not restricted; (6) Expected survival period = 6 months; (7) KPS score = 60 points; (8) Clear consciousness, with independent communication ability, able to read and fill in the questionnaire; (9) Abdominal skin and treatment site skin are intact; non-fasting patients;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Suffering from gastrointestinal bleeding, infection in other parts or organs, or being in the advanced stage of the disease and unable to tolerate treatment; (2) Complicated with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases; (3) Presenting with obvious abnormal coagulation function, thrombocytopenia or bleeding disorders; (4) In the bleeding stage of peptic ulcer disease, within half a year after bleeding, or having a history of gastrointestinal perforation, liver cirrhosis ascites, hematochezia, hematuria, etc.; (5) Complicated with other diseases causing nausea and vomiting symptoms, such as Meniere's syndrome, symptomatic brain metastasis, etc.; (6) Experienced severe nausea and vomiting for no apparent reason within 24 hours before the intervention; (7) Pregnant or lactating women; (8) Unable to tolerate the related operations of traditional Chinese medicine nursing, with relevant allergy history; (9) Having previous or current mental disorders, intellectual disabilities, language communication disorders, and difficulty in judging the intensity of pain; (10) Participating in any other clinical studies for preventing or treating nausea and vomiting during chemotherapy.
