Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-75 years old, first onset, 2 weeks to 6 months; (2) Modified Ashworth grade of upper limb =1.0; (5) Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) score >= 24 points, with treatment; (6) There is no serious limitation of the range of motion of the shoulder and elbow joints, and there is no severe shoulder pain; (7) Stable condition;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have severe cognitive or mental disorders, or have previously suffered from visual and auditory dysfunction; (2) Patients with shoulder subluxation, severe pain, numbness and other functional disorders in the upper limb on the affected side; (3) Those with a pacemaker or severe heart, liver, kidney and other organic diseases; (4) The lesions are located in both cerebral hemispheres, cerebellum or brainstem; (5) Those with other serious upper limb diseases that affect the function of the upper limbs.
