Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Postoperative hospital stay more than 24 hours ; ( 2 ) Patients with age = 16 years old normal communication and expression good compliance and active treatment. ( 3 ) Using the Caprini score table the score = 2 points in high-risk patients. ( 4 ) Patients and their families were informed of the complications of VTE and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Preoperative routine examination ( blood routine D-dimer limb deep vein color Doppler ultrasound screening ) suggested that patients with deep vein thrombosis had occurred. ( 2 ) Patients with severe heart liver and kidney dysfunction respiratory failure and malignant tumor. ( 3 ) Patients with communication disorders who could not cooperate.
