Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 years, meeting the diagnostic criteria for diabetes mellitus established by the World Health Organization (WHO) in 1999; (2) Diabetic Foot Ulcers (DFUs) conform to the Wagner classification criteria grades 2-4; (3) Conscious and oriented, able to cooperate with treatment and follow-up; (4) Possess the capacity to understand, willing to participate, and able to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus; (2) Patients with severe organic diseases of the heart, brain, liver, kidneys, etc.; (3) Patients for whom efficacy cannot be assessed (e.g., ulcers in hard-to-observe locations) or those with incomplete clinical data; (4) Patients with treatment factors that may affect efficacy assessment (e.g., concurrent use of other ulcer-healing drugs); (5) Patients with diabetic gangrene accompanied by black edema and high risk of skin breakdown; (6) Patients who use medications or treatment regimens conflicting with this study during the treatment period.
