Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for CTD patients: (1) Meet the above-mentioned CTD diagnosis criteria; (2) Age 7-14 years old; (3) No acupuncture, medication, psychological therapy, or behavioral intervention targeting TD in the past 3 months; (4) Voluntarily participate in this clinical study and sign the informed consent. Healthy subjects: 30 healthy subjects matched in age, physical development, and educational level. Inclusion criteria for healthy subjects: (1) Age 7-14 years old; (2) Confirmed as healthy through physical examination, with no significant organic or functional diseases; no history of tic disorders or other mental psychological diseases; (3) No contraindications for MRI examination; (4) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent. Note: Must meet the above criteria and be matched with CTD patients in terms of age, gender, years of education, etc., to be included in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Tourette syndrome and transient tic disorder; (2) YGTSS score = 50 points; (3) History of intellectual disability, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, affective disorders, intellectual impairment, autism, etc.; (4) Severe heart, liver, or kidney diseases, hyperthyroidism; individuals with unstable vital signs; (5) Coagulation disorders or high risk of bleeding; (6) Skin allergies; (7) MRI contraindications: metal implants in the body, claustrophobia, etc.
