Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 50-70 years old, with first diagnosis of ischemic stroke;2) 2 weeks to 6 months after onset, with hemiplegic upper limb at Brunnstrom Stage II-IV and modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) grade =II for elbow flexor muscle tone;3) No aphasia or obvious cognitive impairment, with Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score =24, and ability to cooperate with training;4) Sitting balance = Grade II;5) Being informed of the study content, voluntarily participating in the study, and signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Presence of limb dysfunction on the affected side caused by other diseases;2) Implanted metal devices in the human body such as intracerebral metal electrodes, cochlear implants, and cardiac pacemakers;3) Presence of severe disturbance of consciousness or inability to cooperate with subsequent treatment evaluation;4) Presence of malignant tumors or severe organ dysfunction involving the heart, liver, kidneys, etc.;5) Presence of catheters or open wounds at the treatment site;6) Presence of diseases unsuitable for acupuncture and moxibustion, or contraindications to acupuncture and moxibustion.
