Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke and urinary incontinence confirmed by cranial CT or MRI as having suffered a stroke and presenting with symptoms of urinary incontinence. 2. Aged between 40 and 85 years regardless of gender. 3. Disease duration of 1-6 months being in the recovery phase after stroke. 4. Conscious and with stable vital signs possessing the ability to communicate effectively. 5. Signed informed consent form voluntarily participating in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients in the acute phase of stroke or with impaired consciousness who are unable to cooperate with the study. 2. Patients with severe internal medical conditions (such as heart failure respiratory failure liver or kidney dysfunction) or psychiatric disorders. 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women. 4. Patients with a tendency to faint during needling a tendency to bleed or skin diseases at the needling sites. 5. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months.
