Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who took opioids in accordance with the NCCN Guidelines for Adult Cancer Pain (2020.V1 Edition) and experienced opioid-related constipation after taking the drugs; 2) Estimated survival period exceeds 3 months, ECOG score =2 points, age =18 years old; 3) Those who voluntarily accept this treatment plan and have good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients who are allergic to the drug components in this trial; 2) Patients with intestinal obstruction; Patients who have used antibiotics or probiotics within one month; 4)ECOG score > 2 points; 5) Those with severe abnormal liver and kidney functions; 6) Accompanied by severe coagulation dysfunction or bleeding tendency; 7) Patients with mental symptoms, as well as those who are unable to complete the questionnaire independently or with the assistance of others, or have poor compliance;
