Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. meets the diagnostic criteria for acute subacute and chronic neck pain in the "Cervical Spondylosis Diagnosis and Rehabilitation Guide"; 2.Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) > 4 (0-10 points); 3.18-55 years old right-handed; 4.Agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Females who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 2. Individuals with mental or neurological disorders that prevent normal communication; 3.Those with contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging such as claustrophobia etc..
