Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age range: 18 - 50 years old; 2) The survey results indicate a phlegm-deficiency constitution; 3) Within one week before enrollment, no other related treatments for nasal diseases were conducted, and during the treatment period, no random changes in treatment methods were made; 4) Meets the Western medical diagnostic criteria for allergic rhinitis and the traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria for rhinitis due to external pathogens, with a disease history of = 1 year; 5) Signed the informed consent form and cooperated with the treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)x Patients with severe respiratory diseases; 2) Those with damaged or infected areas on the back acupoint application site and on the nose, as well as patients with systemic skin diseases; 3) Those allergic to the ingredients of the applied medication; 4) Those who have participated in other clinical trials in the past 3 months; 5) Those with severe heart, liver or kidney diseases or immunodeficiency; 6) Those with chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, allergic rhinitis, benign or malignant tumors in the nasal cavity, nasal syphilis, or atrophic rhinitis.
