Experimental group:sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with auricular acupressure using Wang Bu Liu Xing seeds
Sham stimulation group:sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with auricular acupressure without Wang Bu Liu Xing seeds

3 Years to 10 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), TCM syndrome differentiation, Western medicine diagnostic criteria, and the diagnostic criteria for dry eye in etiological diagnosis; (2)Aged between 3 and 10 years and able to cooperate with examinations; (3)Have not received any other treatments or participated in other clinical trials; (4)Children and their guardians who voluntarily participate in this study and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients with eye twitching caused by other conditions such as allergic conjunctivitis or visual fatigue; (2)Patients who, after clinical evaluation, are diagnosed with other TCM syndrome types responsible for eye twitching; (3)Patients who do not meet the inclusion criteria, fail to complete the prescribed treatment, have insufficient data, or whose efficacy and safety cannot be properly evaluated. Patients meeting any of the above criteria will be excluded from the study.
