Interventions
Vagus nerve group:On the basis of the control group, the patients were given electric stimulation of the ear vagus nerve.
Ear point group:On the basis of the control group, they were given auricular point bean pressing massage.
Joint group:On the basis of the control group, the patients were given ear vagus nerve electrical stimulation combined with ear point bean pressing massage.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) The onset site is cerebral infarction in the left basal ganglia, with a course of 1-6 months, so as to exclude the influence of acute phase and different onset sites. In line with the diagnostic criteria of PSCI, according to the "Expert Consensus of Post-stroke Cognitive Impairment Management", there is at least one cognitive domain impairment in stroke patients, which affects the ability of daily living. Cognitive domain includes executive function/attention, computing power, language ability and visuospatial ability. Patients with cognitive impairment were assessed by MMSE and McCA scale. 2) At present, the condition is stable, with no severe infection and stable vital signs. 3) Before the injury, the patient was in a good state of consciousness, without speech disorder, and there was no primary disturbance of consciousness or serious cerebrovascular disease. 4) The age is 18 ~ 65 years old. The education level is junior high school graduation or above. 5) No diseases such as hearing and vision. 6) The patient or the authorized person signs the informed consent form and voluntarily participates in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) It does not meet the diagnostic criteria of PSCI, and this cognitive dysfunction is caused by other diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, with unstable vital signs, severe infection and death risk. 2) Intracranial infection and the possibility of reoperation. 3) Patients with malignant hypertension, severe arrhythmia and skull defect. 4) Before the onset, there were patients with severe cerebrovascular diseases and severe mental diseases. 5) The compliance is poor, and the subjects and authorizers do not agree to participate in the study.
