55 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Postmenopausal women aged between 55 and 70 years;(2)Lumbar spine and proximal femur bone mineral density T-scores measured by DXA are=-2.5 and T-scores>-1;(3)Detailed and complete medical record documentation;(4)Patients who voluntarily participate in this studycan actively cooperate with the treatment and observationand have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Secondary osteoporosis(associated with endocrine disorders such as hyperthyroidismhyperparathyroidismhypogonadismCushing's syndromeautoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritisconnective tissue diseaseshematological disorders such as multiple myelomaand severe infectious diseases including liver and kidney diseasesmalignant tumorsetc.);(2)Those with poor compliance;individuals with severe diseases of the heartbrainliverkidneysand blood system;(3)Patients with pacemakers;those who are overly sensitive to electrical stimulation;(4)Those requiring antibiotic treatment for infectious diseasesand those who have taken probioticsprebioticssynbioticsor antibiotics within the past two weeks;(5)The impact of long-term use of glucocorticoids;(6)Individuals deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the researchers for other reasons.
