Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Those who simultaneously meet the diagnostic criteria for phlegm-dampness constitution and obesity; 2) Age: 18 to 60 years old (inclusive); 3) Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients who have been clearly diagnosed with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, including coronary heart disease, stroke, peripheral vascular disease, renal artery stenosis, etc. 2) Those with severe primary diseases of the liver, kidneys, hematopoietic system, etc. 3) History of taking antibiotics, gastrointestinal motility drugs, and microecological regulators within one month; 4) Known or suspected liver or kidney dysfunction or malignant tumors; 5) Those with a history of gastrointestinal diseases that may affect drug absorption or gastrointestinal surgery; 6) Pregnant or lactating women; 7) Inability to cooperate, such as intellectual disability, mental or mental disorders, etc. 8) Participated in other research projects within three months. ; 9) People with thyroid diseases such as hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism that require drug treatment.
