Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) unexplained progressive dyspnea with paroxysmal dry cough predominantly in older men excluding other known causes of interstitial lung disease (ILD) (e.g. home environment occupational environmental exposures connective tissue diseases drug toxicity); b) Velco rales can be heard in both lungs; decreased thoracic expansion and lung mobility; cyanosis in advanced stages clubbing pulmonary hypertension and signs of cor pulmonale; c) Pulmonary function tests show restrictive ventilation disorders and gas exchange disorders; d) High-resolution CT (HRCT) showed common interstitial pneumonia (UIP) type; IPF can be diagnosed without thoracotomy lung biopsy in accordance with the above 4 criteria; 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of IPF Western medicine; 2) Voluntarily participate in this clinical trial and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who have been treated with hormones immunosuppressants pirfenidone or nintedanib in the past 3 months; Combined with other lung diseases such as tuberculosis pulmonary malignancy chronic obstructive pulmonary disease etc.; 2) Patients with other serious primary cardiovascular hepatic renal nervous and hematological diseases; 3) Those with mental illness; 4) Those who are considered by the investigators to be unsuitable to participate in this clinical trial due to various other circumstances.
