Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Typical symptoms of exertional angina (Canadian Cardiovascular Society class I to III). (2) Coronary angiography showing stenosis of epicardial vessels < 50%. (3) Coronary Angiography-derived Index of Microcirculatory Resistance = 25. (4) Aged 30 to 80 years, regardless of gender. (5) Pattern differentiation based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Pattern): Chest pain characterized as stabbing or pricking, fixed in location, which may radiate to the back and vice versa, prolonged and refractory, aggravated by rage. Accompanying signs include a dark red or purple-dark tongue with ecchymosis, sublingual collateral engorgement, thin coating, and a wiry-choppy, intermittent, or rapid pulse. (6) Signed informed consent obtained from the patient.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy, or pericardial disease. (2) Uncontrolled hypertension (blood pressure > 160/100 mmHg) or diabetes (HbA1c > 9%). (3) Hepatic or renal insufficiency (eGFR < 60 ml/min/1.73m²). (4) Presence of psychiatric disorders or inability to cooperate with the treatment.
