AECOPD

Interventions

Bronchodilator: such as salbutamol sulfate inhalation aerosol
3) Corticosteroids: Prednisolone 40mg/d or combined nebulized budesonide 3-4mg/d
4) Antibiotics: Quinolones and beta lactams are preferred for treatment and the severity of the condition sputum bacterial culture and drug sensitivity results will be determined later.
experimental group:On the basis of the treatment for the control group, combined with Juanyin Xiefei Decoction, the course of treatment is 1 week.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meets AECOPD diagnostic criteria; The traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis is lung distension phlegm heat obstructing the lungs syndrome; Age between 40-80 years old (including 40-80 years old) gender not limited; Patients who voluntarily participate in this study and sign informed consent forms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; Patients with severe liver and kidney failure; Individuals currently taking psychotropic drugs; Suffering from other diseases that cause coughing and wheezing such as lung cancer bronchiectasis etc; Pregnant and lactating women;
