Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis via PCR or rapid antigen test. Symptom onset within three days before treatment initiation. Documented symptoms of fever, headache, dry cough, nasal congestion, or sore throat. 18 years or older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre-existing pulmonary diseases, including asthma, COPD, or interstitial lung diseases. Immunocompromised states, such as active malignancy, HIV, or splenectomy. Ongoing immunosuppressive therapy, including glucocorticoids, methotrexate, or calcineurin inhibitors Presence of secondary bacterial infections or opportunistic pulmonary infections. Pregnant or breastfeeding women patients under 18 years of age.
