Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with stroke who meet the above diagnostic criteria and have been diagnosed by imaging examination (CT/MRI). (2) Patients with first-time onset and stable vital signs; (3) Patients aged =25 years and =85 years regardless of gender; (4) Patients with a Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score of 10-26 points; (5) Patients who voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with local skin infection ulcer scar or excessive sensitivity to needle prick; (2) Severe bleeding and coagulation disorders; (3) History of epilepsy or epileptic seizures; First-degree relatives with a history of epilepsy; (4) Metal implants in the body or head (except for dental implants); Implanted pacemakers defibrillators cochlear implants drug pumps; (5) Recurrent headaches of unknown cause that are ineffective with drug treatment; (6) Skull fractures and/or severe head injuries; History of head and/or brain surgery; (7) Severe heart disease and increased intracranial pressure or severe heart liver or kidney diseases etc. who cannot tolerate the test; (8) Pregnant or lactating women; (9) Visual and hearing impairments that are unable to cooperate in completing the test.
