Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants must: (1)be aged 18-60 years; (2)meet protocol-defined diagnostic criteria; (3) provide voluntary written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluded if: (1)secondary obesity (induced by endocrine disorders, metabolic abnormalities, or drug-induced); (2)severe comorbidities(cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, infectious, or malignant); (3)communication barriers or severe neuropsychiatric disorders affecting compliance; (4)skin ulcers or open wounds; (5)pregnant or lactating women; (6)those undergoing weight-loss interventions(including pharmacotherapy) without=4-week washout period.
