Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for metabolic syndrome and present with spleen deficiency with phlegm-dampness syndrome; 2. Night-shift healthcare workers aged 20–60 years; 3. Willing to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with secondary obesity, hypertension, or lipid metabolism disorders caused by other diseases; 2. Those with concomitant malignant hypertension, hepatic or renal insufficiency, malignant tumors, or acute infections; 3. Those with concomitant hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, electrolyte disturbances, or heart function grade III or higher; 4. Patients who have experienced acute diabetic complications or severe chronic complications such as cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease within the past month; 5. Patients with frequent ventricular arrhythmias or difficulty in obtaining an electrocardiogram; 6. Women with recent pregnancy plans, currently pregnant, or breastfeeding; 7. Patients with contraindications or allergies to any medication used in this trial. Exclusion will occur if any one of the above 7 criteria is met.
