Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Observation group: (1)Age=18 years old, gender not limited; (2)The first diagnosis meets any of the following Western diagnostic criteria for a disease: 1)Primary hypertension 2)Type 2 diabetes 3)Chronic kidney disease 4)Stroke (3)Voluntarily sign the informed consent form. 2.Control group: (1)Age=18 years old, gender not limited; (2)Individuals who have not been diagnosed with microvascular disease; (3)Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with secondary hypertension; (2) Patients with severe basic diseases or critical diseases such as severe heart failure, septic shock, malignant tumors, severe liver and kidney diseases, hypertension, emergencies, acute complications of diabetes, unstable angina, severe infection, etc. (3) Those who are unable to cooperate or unwilling to cooperate due to the combination of neurological, mental, and psychological disorders; (4) Patients with finger or nail injuries, severe skin diseases, or skin injuries, and missing fingers; (5) Pregnant or lactating patients; (6) Patients unable or unwilling to sign informed consent forms or cooperate in completing the study.
