Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Conform to the diagnostic criteria of both traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine; 2: Age: 50-80 years old gender not limited voluntary participation and signing of the "Informed Consent Form"; 3: The course of insomnia is =3 months; 4: No bad habits such as smoking drinking alcohol coffee or tea; 5: Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other organic diseases; 6: The physical and chemical test indicators such as blood and urine routine electrocardiogram liver and kidney functions blood glucose and blood lipid are roughly normal; 7: The informed consent form was determined in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Declaration of Helsinki. The patient signed the informed consent form expressing understanding and willingness to participate in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Combined with severe primary diseases and cerebral organic lesions; 2: Patients with severe mental illness and cognitive dysfunction; 3: Pregnant and lactating women 4: Insomnia caused by severe pain resulting from surgery trauma etc. 5: Those who are unresponsive to or allergic to dexzopiclone; 6: Patients with infectious diseases or skin infections that cause damage and are not suitable for suture and massage treatments;
